The Leadership Accelerator is a 12-month Coaching & Training Program that helps new managers become confident and competent leaders people love to work with.

  • Start Date: May 2024
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Time Commitment: ~1h/week
  • Class: Diverse group of ~12 leaders per cohort
  • Learning: Blended approach with on-demand training modules and resources, group sessions, personal support and assignments
  • Monthly Group Calls: 90 minutes, every 2nd Friday of the month
  • Office Hours: Wednesdays at 11:00 am PT / 2:00 pm ET
  • Cost: USD 450/month per participant

YourFacilitators

Ramona Shaw is a Certified Professional Leadership Coach and Facilitator, podcast host, and author.

She is passionate about helping new and mid-level managers become leaders people love to work for by strengthening their leadership and communication skills, raising their confidence and resilience, and increasing their focus and emotional intelligence. 

After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Finance, Ramona entered the field of private equity and ultimately led strategic projects and international teams as a VP at a renowned global private equity firm.

She now specializes in delivering coaching and training programs for leaders at fast-growing startups and companies such as Twitch, UBS, Google, Dropbox, Lionsgate, Asana, Stitch Fix, Sequoia Capital, and dozens of others.

Ramona regularly shares insights on LinkedIn and Instagram and via her podcast, The Manager Track, with new episodes published every week since April of 2020.

From the military to the boardroom, Doug Thorpe has served in numerous leadership roles. Doug is a former business banker with JPM Chase, national consultant, and is the founder of 5 different businesses.

Since 2008, he has been an executive coach, advisor, and mentor to hundreds of business leaders in companies of all sizes, guiding and shaping their climb to becoming better servant leaders. He works closely with executive clients and business owners around the globe to help individuals develop advanced leadership skills. He has leveraged his own executive coach training and multiple certifications to create and implement effective leadership development programs and advisory services for business owners and senior leadership teams.

He is the author of an active leadership blog with over 1,000 articles. He is the host of the popular podcast “Leadership Powered by Common Sense” heard on all streaming platforms and featured in video on YouTube, followed by over 200,000 people. The show is rated in the top 2% of business shows on Apple podcasts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will this program be delivered?

This is a 12-month program. Each month, you will receive access to a new training module, and we will meet for a 90-minute Roundtable Session on a select day and time. In addition, you’ll get assignments to complete during the month, and the facilitators are available for ad-hoc support during weekly Office Hours.

What if participants miss the live calls?

No problem. All calls will be recorded and made available to participants within a few hours after the live calls. 

How much time will this take each week?

Participants should expect to invest about 1 hour each week to complete the module, participate in calls, and follow through on assignments for that month.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer a refund. However, if within the first 14 days the participants is unexpectedly unable to continue the program, we allow the transfer of the seat to someone else or pause the participation until they are ready to engage again.

When do new cohorts start?

The Leadership Accelerator kicks off with a new group every 2 to 3 months.
