to AI

In the first module, we review the history of AI and the fundamental concepts of AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. We discuss the impact of AI on various industries and professions and its role in digital transformation. The module aims to equip leaders with a solid understanding of AI and its real-world applications.

AI APPLICATIONS
AND TOOLS

In this module, we delve into the practical aspects of AI, including various AI tools and applications. We review practical examples and engage in application of tools that support participant's individual responsibilities. This module provides hands-on experience with AI tools in the business context.

STRATEGIC VIEW &
RISKS

The third module focuses on the strategic view of AI and how to identify and evaluate AI initiatives. We also discuss risks of AI in business, including data privacy, bias, inaccurate information and the societal impacts of AI, providing leaders and managers with the knowledge to navigate these challenges responsibly.

Leading
AI Intiatives

In the last module, we hone in on the role of leaders in managing AI initiatives. We discuss how to foster an AI-ready culture, manage AI projects, measuring the ROI of AI projects, and staying ahead of AI trends. The module aims to equip leaders with the skills to successfully leverage AI in their organizations.

How will this program be delivered?

This is a 5-week program. Each week, you will receive access to a new training module, and we will meet bi-weekly for the 90-minute live session on a select day and time. In addition, you’ll get assignments to complete throughout the program, and the facilitator is available for ad-hoc support as and when you need it.

Who is this not for?

This program is not for people looking to build a career in AI or who already have in-depth technical knowledge in the field.

What if participants miss the live calls?

No problem. All calls will be recorded and made available to participants within a few hours after the live calls. 

How much time will this take each week?

Participants should expect to invest about 2 hours each week to participate in the program. This includes joining the live sessions, complete assignments and engage with weekly modules. 

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer a refund. However, if within the first 14 days the participants is unexpectedly unable to continue the program, we allow the transfer of the seat to someone else or pause the participation until they are ready to engage again.
