RAMONA SHAW

Founder, Head Coach
Ramona Shaw is a certified professional leadership coach and trainer with the mission to help develop confident & competent leaders people love to work with. Through coaching and training programs, she helps managers develop effective leadership skills to build and develop thriving teams that deliver results amid an increasingly complex, uncertain, and frequently changing work environment. After graduating with a Master's Degree in Finance, Ramona entered the field of private equity. She soon led key strategic projects and international teams in Switzerland and the United States for nine years as a VP of Client Services at a renowned global private equity firm. She now specializes in designing and delivering development programs and workshops for leaders to strengthen their communication skills and leadership presence and increase their contribution to the organization through enhanced effectiveness and improved team engagement.

Time Management Coach
Alexis is a productivity, time-management and efficiency expert.  She spent the first 15+ years of her career managing operations and HR at several early-stage start-ups, where there was always way more to do than people to do it.  But she also believes that work-life balance is essential for everyone, even though the definition may be different for everyone. As a result, Alexis began to develop and implement productivity systems in the companies she worked for, and in her life, to ensure that goals were met, balls were not dropped, and that, most importantly, she and those around her were feeling good. Alexis' productivity and time-management systems, techniques, tricks and hacks can be customized to any team or individual.  Her aim is to help you do all that you want to do, with less effort and less stress. Alexis is also SPHR, SHRM-SCP and RCC certified.

Executive Assistant
Brandy holds a Masters of Business Administration degree and numerous financial licenses. She is a former Assistant Dean of Business and has taught management, leadership, and organizational behavior classes in the higher education environment for over 10 years.
