The Leadership Accelerator is a 12-week Coaching & Training Program that helps new managers become confident and competent leaders people love to work with.

This is a 12-week program. Each week, you will receive access to a new training module, and we will meet for a coaching call on a select day and time. In addition, you’ll get assignments to complete during the week, and I’m available for ad-hoc support as and when you need it.
This program is not for people looking to find a new job in a leadership role. This program is designed specifically for new managers who have recently been promoted or are a few years into their job and who want to now learn and apply the critical leadership skills no one has taught them before.
No problem. All calls will be recorded and made available to participants within a few hours after the live calls.
Participants should expect to invest about 2 hours each week to complete the module, participate in the weekly 1-hour coaching call, and follow through on assignments for that week.
We do not offer a refund. However, if within the first 14 days the participants is unexpectedly unable to continue the program, we allow the transfer of the seat to someone else or pause the participation until they are ready to engage again.
The Leadership Accelerator kicks off with a new group at the beginning of each month.
To secure a spot, we suggest signing up at least 2 weeks prior to the start date.
