Executive Presence Intensive

Program Modules

Introduction to
Executive Presence

In this video, you’ll get an introduction to the Executive Presence Intensive and what you can expect over the next four weeks.

You’ll learn what executive presence truly means—not just a title or confidence, but the behaviors that inspire trust, credibility, and influence. You’ll also explore how executive presence is perceived by others, why it plays a key role in leadership advancement, and how small shifts in your mindset and actions can make a significant impact.

The video outlines the four pillars of executive presence you’ll be developing:

  • The Inner Executive – Strengthening your mindset and self-awareness
  • Gravitas – Managing emotions and showing up with composure under pressure
  • Presence – Enhancing how you present yourself and engage an audience
  • Communication – Mastering verbal and written communication for impact

You’ll also reflect on how feedback and your self-assessment can reveal blind spots and growth opportunities. The session challenges you to start thinking about how you show up in meetings, decisions, and high-stakes moments—and what you want to improve.

Pillar #1
The Inner Executive

In this video, you’ll dive into the first pillar of executive presence—your Inner Executive—focusing on two critical elements: conviction and thought patterns.

You’ll explore why having strong personal convictions, rooted in your goals, values, and purpose, is key to building confidence and presence. You’ll also be challenged to reflect on your why—what drives you as a leader—and define the principles that shape your leadership.

The second part of the video introduces the thought model, showing how your thinking influences your emotions, decisions, and impact. You’ll see real examples of how different reactions to the same situation can lead to drastically different outcomes—and how unmanaged thoughts can undermine your presence.

You’ll also uncover how imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs may be affecting you, and learn strategies to shift your mindset for greater authority and influence.

Pillar #2
Gravitas

In this video, we take a closer look at Gravitas—the weight and respect your thoughts, ideas, and actions inspire as a leader.

You’ll learn how to cultivate confidence, composure, and decisiveness, especially under pressure. We discuss how to manage emotions in high-stakes situations, helping you stay calm and in control rather than reacting impulsively.

In addition, the video introduces practical decision-making techniques, showing you how to avoid the extremes of authoritarian control or indecision.

The way you handle challenges defines your presence as a leader.

Pillar #3
Presence

In this video, you’ll explore the pillar of Presence—how you physically and vocally show up in meetings, presentations, and everyday interactions. You’ll learn how body language, eye contact, and vocal delivery shape the way others perceive your confidence and credibility.

Through practical strategies, you’ll discover how to project authority by using meaningful gestures, maintaining steady eye contact, and speaking with a clear and controlled tone. We’ll also uncover common undermining behaviors—such as fidgeting, looking distracted, or speaking too softly—and how to correct them.

By the end of this module, you’ll have actionable techniques to enhance your presence, ensuring that you command attention and make a lasting impact in any professional setting.

Pillar #4
Communication

In this video, we focus on Executive Communication—how to convey your message clearly and concisely to senior leaders in meetings, emails, and presentations.

You’ll learn key strategies like the altitude model, the “What, So What, Now What” structure, and sorting and labeling techniques to tailor your message effectively. We also discuss how to adapt your style based on your audience’s priorities and avoid common pitfalls like excessive detail or lack of structure.

By the end, you’ll have practical techniques to enhance your communication, build credibility, and influence key decision-makers.
