The Executive Presence Intensive is a 4-week Coaching & Training Program for leaders seeking to enhance their influence, impact and confidence. The experience focuses on refining key communication and presentation skills, developing a high-presence mindset, and strengthening strategic thinking and decision-making. Participants will engage in practical exercises, receive personalized feedback, and leave equipped with the tools to exude confidence, credibility, and authority in any professional setting.
- Start Dates: February, May, August, and October
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Time Commitment: ~2h/week (weekly live session plus practice assignments)
- Class: Diverse group of 4 to 10 professionals per class
- Learning: The program leverages the benefits of peer-to-peer learning and live training components, with a focus on best practices, neuro-based insights, and practical applications with real-time feedback. Participants also complete a multi-rater assessment.

Ramona Shaw is a Certified Professional Leadership Coach and Facilitator, podcast host, and author.
She is passionate about helping new and mid-level managers become leaders people love to work for by strengthening their leadership and communication skills, raising their confidence and resilience, and increasing their focus and emotional intelligence.
After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Finance, Ramona entered the field of private equity and ultimately led strategic projects and international teams as a VP at a renowned global private equity firm.
She now specializes in delivering coaching and training programs for leaders at fast-growing startups and companies such as Twitch, UBS, Google, Dropbox, Lionsgate, Asana, Stitch Fix, Sequoia Capital, and dozens of others.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Executive Presence Program is a 12-week program. Each week, you will receive access to a new training module, and we will meet for a coaching call on a select day and time. In addition, you’ll get assignments to complete during the week, and I’m available for ad-hoc support as and when you need it.
No problem. All calls will be recorded and made available to participants within a few hours after the live calls.
Participants should expect to invest about 2 hours each week to complete the module, participate in the weekly 1-hour coaching call, and follow through on assignments for that week.
We do not offer a refund. However, if within the first 14 days the participants is unexpectedly unable to continue the program, we allow the transfer of the seat to someone else or pause the participation until they are ready to engage again.
