“Ramona is the best part and the material. There is an abundance of resources and Ramona embraces everyone regardless of how they show up and I loved watching her in action.
I thought I knew exactly what my opportunities were, but this program helped me not only grow in those areas but helped me discover my potential in my strength areas as well. This experience was eye-opening."

“I've made a mental shift and my team is acting more independently and with more accountability. I feel like I've improved across the board, but I've noticed particular gains in my direct reports being able to problem solve themselves, which frees me up and promotes their internal growth.
I enjoyed how the program promoted self-reflection and group discussion (both with coworkers, and people from outside with different perspectives). But, I would say the best part of the program was Ramona, who is much more insightful than other coaches I've encountered, and is very good at asking the right questions, identifying the right challenges, and leading her clients to positive change (thanks, Ramona!!)."Read more -

It was nice to be with other professionals, holding conversations about how we manage and what we can do better. We are not alone, and we can always strive to be better."

“Ramona is an excellent leadership coach. With her guidance, I’ve been able to improve my effectiveness as a leader in many different ways.
Her frameworks, questions and suggestions have been incredibly beneficial to me and have had a direct impact in the way I lead my team and work with my stakeholders. Plus, the insights gained from the 360 assessments were invaluable.
I was able to uncover some of my blindspots through this process which helped me better understand how I’m being perceived by others and what I can do to be more intentional about it. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking to strengthen their leadership skills.”Read more -

"Working with Ramona has pushed me to effectively make changes now and for my future. I believe that I see things more clearly with how effective a good relationship can be with all that are involved in my day-to-day work life and person for that matter. Making sure expectations are clear of the job at hand for my direct reports and myself. Showing confidence when having discussions and/or presenting the workflow process. I speak up when I feel that my input is important or can be helpful. Listening to others to keep an open mind for how they feel or advice on how to make things better. Overall, I believe that regardless of your position or title in an organization, we have a better chance of great success when everyone feels just as important with their contributions no matter how big or small.
I really loved the program because it was very helpful in breaking barriers that I may not have on my own. Being able to see how others feel and process things in their role in management was awesome. Especially the fact that not everyone worked at the same company or in the same line of work. I am more confident with speaking publicly and will use the tools from this program throughout my journey in management.
The Leadership Advisory Program has been a great tool in helping me improve my skills and knowledge on leading a team, as well as how things will look as I advance my career with hopes of leading a company as a whole. This would not only be great for someone currently in a leadership role or interested in advancing to a new role but also for those in other positions to give them a better understanding of how someone in leadership works, the purpose of a leadership team, and what it takes to become and maintain a successful company."

This is a 6-month program. Each week, you will receive access to a new module in the curriculum, and we will meet for a coaching call every other week. In addition, I’m available for ad-hoc support as and when you need it.
This program is not for people looking to find a new job in a leadership role. This program is designed specifically for advancing leaders ready to uplevel how they lead themselves, their teams, and their stakeholders to scale their impact.
No problem. All calls will be recorded and made available to participants within a few hours after the live calls.
Participants should expect to invest on average 1 hour each week to complete the module, participate in the bi-weekly coaching call, and follow through on assignments for that week.
We do not offer a refund. However, if within the first 14 days the participants is unexpectedly unable to continue the program, we allow the transfer of the seat to someone else or pause the participation until they are ready to engage again.
The Leadership Accelerator kicks off with a new group at the beginning of each month.
