One of my biggest takeaways from the Leadership Accelerator was the importance of truly knowing yourself and being willing to face the hard things head-on.
It also taught me to view situations through the lens of my team members, which has been a game-changer in how I lead. I’ve learned that building genuine relationships with your team is essential and that feedback, both giving and receiving, is a critical part of that.
For me personally, the most impactful change came from restructuring my 1:1s. That shift inspired a full revamp of our weekly meetings.
