The Leadership Accelerator program was hugely beneficial in helping me clearly identify which areas I was deficient in and provided tools to better communicate and increase my productivity.
The program was a great resource while I navigated my new management role and the weekly calls were a great opportunity to talk with others who were experiencing similar situations and find new ways to solve problems. I would highly suggest this program to any new manager, or even veteran managers who need fresh insight into leading your team effectively.
